Blog Milestone!

This morning, a few minutes ago, my little blog about bringing Kimberlie home got it's 30,000th pageview! I second what the girl is saying in the graphic, THANKS!

Thank you soooo much for reading and praying for Kimberlie and I the past two years. Adoption is such a humbling experience and I can not believe how much support I have received through this LONG, LONG process.

Also, today, Kimberlie is 21 months old.  What I wouldn't give her lots and lots of hugs and kisses today as she inches closer to 2 years old. I have always prayed she would come home before she is 2, this is definitely still a possibility. Please continue to pray with me that this will HAPPEN!

Tomorrow, June 14th, will be 6 months since I hugged and kissed Kimberlie!!! I just want her home!!! The waiting is VERY hard =( 

Just like her Homecoming tee-shirt will say- (thanks Pam, for making it) 

She is WORTH THE WAIT!!!!! 

Move PLEASE!

 Just wanted to give you a little update on my quest to bring my sweetie home. 

 I am currently waiting for Kimberlie's 

It will be 4 weeks tomorrow in this current step. It usually (if there is such a thing in Haitian adoptions) takes about 4-5 weeks.

Please pray with me that I exit MOI this week and Kimberlie's passport is printed QUICKLY!!!! Then onto US Immigration =) =)

Hi Mommy!- May Update from GLA

This month's update was a letter from Kimberlie!

Hi Mommy! 

I have had a great month this May.  I have enjoyed my days in the nursery playing with my friends and nannies and have spent some time on the balcony playing in the pool or in the plastic car.  I love to ride around in the car.  I feel like a grown up traveling from one place to another.  I did not want to get my pictures taken this month so Susie just took some pictures of me playing on the balcony so you can see how much I have grown in the last month.  There are some pictures of me playing with Saraphina's mommy when she came to pick her up.  She helped Susie get a passport picture of me too.

I am so excited for the day that you get to come and pick me up to come and I get to live with you.  I love you so much!
